Who writes and edits the stories?

Each student in the elementary classroom writes their own article, based on lessons and events happening in the community and at school. Articles are often peer-edited, with the older children guiding the younger students, asking questions and providing constructive feedback.

Who can see this website?

Only individuals with the password have permission to access the website. Ms. Lisa will share the password with all elementary classroom parents. Parents can then choose to share this password with members of their families and friends as they wish.

How does this benefit the students?

Students learn to type and transfer their work to a computer and see The Elementary Experience take shape not just on paper but on the screen. By giving them this digital platform, students learn the wider impact of their work and discover a bigger connection to the world around them.
